3D/2N Segara Anak Lake Trekking Package is designed specially for real trekker (advanced). This package is almost the same as the Rim Lake Summit Rinjani Trek 3D / 2N package, but in this package you are not taken to the Summit. So participants must be at good level of fitness and have several mountain climbs experiences, it is very challenging for every trekker and this trek start from Senaru, ending in Sembalun. Let’s do it!

Arrival day: We will pick up you from any hotel or harbor in lombok ( airport Lombok, kuta Lombok hotel or bangsal harbor if you are coming from three island ( gili trawangan, gili meno, gili air ) by private car ,Then we will drive you to where is the good place to stay overnight at Senaru Village. apter that you will meet with your guide and give you small brefing to batter prepare for your trip.
Tour Itinerary: Rinjani Trek 3D/2N Segara Anak Like
1st Day: Senggigi-Senaru-Senaru Rim.
wake up at 06.00 am, and get breakfast. After that,we,ll walk for 15 minutes to register at Rinjani Trekking Center in senaru, then we begin our trekking. The first hours of the trek climb steeply through thick tropical forest, rich in flora, bird life and a variety of butterflies. You might see orchid and, if lucky, the rare black ebony leaf monkey, known locally as lutung. Rest stops are taken along the way, and at Pos 2 Montong Satas shelter ( 1,500 m ). Village stories and local legends related by your guide. Features include the banyan tree bunut ngengkang that looks like someone standing with their legs apart, and the Batu Penyeselan stone.
Depending on your preferences and weather conditions, the nights camp is made either in the forest at Pos 3 Mondokan Lolak ( 2,000 m ) after about five hours climb from Senaru, or continue the ascent for another couple of hours through grassy meadows to Plawangan 1 Senaru crater rim at 2,641 m. There sweeping views from the crater rim across the lake Segara Anak ( 2,000 m) to the summit of Mt. RInjani. Within the crater Mt. Baru ( 2,351 m ) is an active volcano, that last erupted dramatically in 1994. On a clear evening the Gili Isles, Bali and Mt. Agung can be seen to the west.
2st Day: Senaru Rim-Lake-Hotspring
Sunrise at the rim is a memorable start do Day 2. After enjoying a pre-dawn (2 hours) climb for camping at Pos 3, Mondokan Lolak. After enjoying the view, the trek proceeds for couple of hours down the trail to the crater lake where the rest of the day is spent relaxing and swimming. There is plenty of time to explore the pilgrimage hot springs, which is said to have healing power. Camp by the lake side, enjoying dinner followed by the night sounds of the jungle.
3s tDay: Lake-Sembalun Rim-Sembalun
After breakfast, we will start the 3 hours steep ascent up to Plawangan Senaru crater rim again. Look out for edelweiss along the path. The decent from the Senaru crater rim to Senaru village normally requires 5 hours to go down. It won’t be so hot after we reach pos 3 ( 2,000 m ) above sea level, as we walk down through by the rain-forest until over our last trip. On the way you have a lunch probably at pos 2 ( 1,500 m ) but depend of you, just 2 hours more to get finish, then after arrive at Senaru. From there we’ll escort you to your hotel. End of service.
